As owners and sisters, we have over 15 years of combined experience in law, engineering and project management. We aim to bring value to the communities we touch, the investors we work with, and the end-users of our properties.

Nicole Dubowski,
Co-founder
Nicole Dubowski has worked for over a decade solving challenges in the built environment. Her experience as an engineer and project manager has spanned numerous award-winning projects in multinational corporations both regionally and globally.
Her expertise includes mechanical engineering of low carbon buildings, as well as client secondment positions for government agencies and global financial institutions. More recently she led the establishment of commercial venture partnerships with startups through to public offering. Select significant projects include 461 Dean St in Brooklyn NY, the tallest modular building in the world, $1B+ MTA modernization program, and the development of a scalable machine learning model and digital application for the Natural Resources Defense Council’s sustainability strategy for their real estate portfolio.
Nicole is a self-taught artist and has exhibited in several NYC galleries. She is a passionate entrepreneur and investor focused on sustainable development, environmental justice and social equity.
Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State. She also holds a Masters Certificate in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Investing and Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Jessica Dubowski,
Co-founder
Jessica Dubowski has represented clients in the legal industry in a wide range of complex commercial disputes and government contracts matters spanning the real estate, financial and consulting industries.
Her experience includes litigation and consultation for real estate associations, commercial landlords and government parties, as well as pro bono litigation on behalf of homeowners in construction disputes.
Born and raised in Hampton Bays, Jessica has spent over a decade working with clients in the hospitality and nightclub industries of the Hamptons. She is focused on fostering this industry through real estate development while preserving the fishing and agricultural communities that make the Hamptons special.
Jessica is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. She has her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and is an active member of the New York City Bar Association. She has legal experience in both North and Latin America. Prior to law school, Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology from the University at Albany.
